Job Description
Female needed for CPA office located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn.
Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily functions in the office
- Preparation of invoices and contacting delinquent accounts
- Capturing employee time and preparing payroll
- Assist in processing electronic returns
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide clerical support
- Maintaining client database
No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
Students and recent grads welcome
Full-time hours preferred but will consider part time.
Salary based on level of experience and hours to be worked.
